If you are here, you are probably looking to create healthy choices for healthy living. My name is Rose Canale, and I am a Holistic Health Consultant and Chef. 

My goal is to walk alongside you as you make the transition, providing support, advice, and accountability throughout the process.

whether you are struggling with:

  • chronic or life-threatening illness,

  • looking to create a food allergy-specific diet,

  • wanting to jump-start or maintain weight loss,

  • or simply desire feeling more energized and healthy. 

I serve clients within a 50-mile radius Asbury, New Jersey, 
including Warren and Hunterdon Counties, and well as eastern Pennsylvania. I can also be available to do consultations by phone.
